Product Overview
The Haven LUX Rejuvenate is a 10″ tall combination latex mattress priced at $1,600 for a queen. It comes in two firmness options: Classic Firm and Classic + Advanced Pressure Relief (APR). We tested the Classic Firm version for this review.
According to third-party engineer testing we commissioned, the Classic Firm model landed in our firm category, true to its advertised feel. This firm feel makes it a potential fit for back and stomach sleepers, while side sleepers may find it offers less pressure relief. Unlike most mattresses that firm up the middle section of the mattress to promote spinal alignment, the Haven Rejuvenate APR model softens the center to take pressure off your joints.
If you’re comparing your options, you might like the Octave Vista mattress. Octave is a medium-firm foam mattress that’ll suit all sleep styles. It comes in at a budget-friendly price of just $1,600 for a queen-size. Like Haven, it’s made in Canada and has a variety of cooling features. But with Octave, you’ll get a 365-night sleep trial, a 15-year warranty, and a free bedding bundle with your purchase.
Note: This page reviews a previous version of the Haven Rejuvenate mattress, based on the model we purchased and tested. Newer versions may differ in construction and performance.

Haven Mattress Construction
Haven is a Canadian company that makes their mattresses locally. All foam used in this mattress is CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning it's made without harmful chemicals.
Mattress Layers
Haven LUX Rejuvenate contains 4 four layers and measures 10" tall. This combination foam mattress combines layers of latex, memory foam, and poly foam with different cooling technologies.
- 1st Layer: 1" of Talalay latex and copper-infused foam designed to promote comfort and some level of cooling. This can help your body feel supported while reducing heat buildup during the night.
- 2nd Layer: 1" of open-cell gel foam that offers gentle contouring for some pressure relief, while the open-cell structure promotes airflow to prevent overheating.
- 3rd Layer: 3" of open-cell foam. In the Classic Firm model, this layer maintains the same firm feel across the surface for stability and reduced sinkage.
- 4th Layer: 5" support foam that provides stability. This layer allows the mattress to maintain its structure and provide support.
Mattress Cover
The Haven Rejuvenate has a soft, plush bamboo-blend cover with a white embossed top and dark grey base that wicks moisture and promotes airflow. It's removable and machine washable to make cleaning easier.
Mattress Testing
To ensure our mattress reviews are thorough and trustworthy, we buy the products ourselves and have them tested by independent licensed engineers (commissioned by us) with no stake in the results.
These third-party engineers apply a consistent testing process to every mattress using a detailed framework. Every mattress is tested the same way, whether it's foam or hybrid. Because these types perform differently, we rate them on separate scales to ensure the scores are fair and meaningful.
We believe independent testing is essential to producing reliable and meaningful comparisons. That's why all test results are reviewed and signed off by an APEGA-certified engineer, operating under a strict code of ethics.
We use the testing results and over 40 criteria to build our scoring methodology.
Tests and reviews without this level of professional oversight may be more prone to errors and unintended bias.

Delivery & Other Policies
Haven delivers mattresses across Canada with FedEx. Delivery to your home is free in most major cities, though fees apply if you're outside the free delivery zone. Most customers receive their order within 3-10 business days. A signature is required when the mattress arrives, so someone needs to be home for delivery.
You'll get a 100-night sleep trial to test out a Haven mattress at home. The company asks that you give it at least 30 nights before deciding to return it. If it's still not the right fit, Haven will offer a full refund. If you do keep the mattress, you'll get a 10-year warranty to back your mattress.
If you're looking for a longer sleep trial or a more generous warranty, consider a brand like Octave. It comes with a 365-night trial and a 15-year warranty, which is longer than what Haven offers, and for a lower price.

Company Overview
Haven launched in Canada in 2016 and is independently owned, with headquarters in Kelowna, BC. The company offers a 10-year warranty on its mattresses, which are sold exclusively online. Over the years, the brand has expanded its catalogue to include several mattress styles, as well as bedding, pillows, and mattress foundations. As part of its social initiative, Haven also donates one mattress for every 10 sold.
Customer Reviews & Feedback
Third-party review sites like the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Trustpilot collect and publish customer feedback about companies and their products, and aren't controlled by the companies being reviewed. They offer a snapshot of overall customer satisfaction and highlight common issues shoppers might face. Checking ratings on sites like these can be a useful way for customers to make more informed purchasing decisions.
Haven is rated "A+" with the Better Business Bureau. While this can sometimes indicate good company practices, there aren't any customer reviews to reinforce this. The company also has no Trustpilot profile, so independent customer reviews are limited.

All the content on our site, from product reviews to comparisons, is intended to provide general information to help guide your mattress search. We work with independent third-party engineers to test all mattress products we purchase, and we use the test results alongside public data to inform our reviews and comparisons.
The product details in each review reflect how the mattress performed at the time we purchased and tested it, as shown by the "Published" date.
Since brands can update their materials, pricing, or availability over time, we also note when the product was originally purchased, either directly in the article or on our disclaimer page, to maintain clarity and transparency.
If you see an "Updated" tag on a page with a more recent date than the published date, it simply means we've made editorial changes. It does not necessarily indicate any update to the mattress or its test data.
Finally, unless otherwise stated, any mention of where a mattress is made refers specifically to the product we received and tested.
