Logan & Cove Mattress Construction
The Logan & Cove Pinnacle is a hybrid mattress made in Canada. Hybrid mattresses use a combination of both coils and foam layers to create a sleep experience that balances comfort and responsiveness. The Pinnacle mattress is the most plush option of the brand's lineup. But you'll still feel supported thanks to the mattress's micro-coil layers and 3-zone support.
Mattress Layers
The Logan & Cove Pinnacle mattress features a total of 6 layers: 3 coil layers and 3 CertiPUR-US® certified foam layers enhanced with various cooling technologies. It's the tallest mattress in the Logan & Cove lineup, standing 15" tall.
- 1st Layer: 1.5″ of breathable hollow fibre and cooling gel foam, quilted into the cooling Euro-top cover for some extra softness and temperature control.
- 2nd Layer: 1″ of ecoLuxe® cooling gel foam that helps cushion pressure points and draw heat away from your body while you sleep.
- 3rd Layer: 1″ of micro-coils that add airflow and light contouring support.
- 4th Layer: 1″ of Elastex® foam to give the mattress a bit of bounce and breathability, and to separate the two coil sections.
- 5th Layer: Another 1″ layer of micro-coils that work with the top layer to offer more targeted support.
- 6th Layer: 9″ of zoned, individually pocketed coils that cushion pressure points while supporting you where you need it most, like your back. This layer is encased with a dense foam perimeter for increased edge support, and a thin fabric base layer adds structure underneath.
Mattress Cover
Logan & Cove Pinnacle has the same colour scheme as the other models in the lineup: a white tufted top, dark diamond-patterned sidewalls, and forest green piping. But unlike the others, it features the tallest and most noticeable Euro-top cover. That extra height is what gives it more cushioning and pressure relief.
The cover is diamond-stitched and includes CryoFusion™ cooling nanofibres to help manage heat while you sleep. While the cover isn't removable or machine-washable, the Pinnacle mattress comes with a free mattress protector to help guard against spills and stains.

Mattress Testing
To ensure our mattress reviews are thorough and trustworthy, we buy the products ourselves and have them tested by independent licensed engineers (commissioned by us) with no stake in the results.
These third-party engineers apply a consistent testing process to every mattress using a detailed framework. Every mattress is tested the same way, whether it's foam or hybrid. Because these types perform differently, we rate them on separate scales to ensure the scores are fair and meaningful.
We believe independent testing is essential to producing reliable and meaningful comparisons. That's why all test results are reviewed and signed off by an APEGA-certified engineer, operating under a strict code of ethics.
We use the testing results and over 40 criteria to build our scoring methodology.
Tests and reviews without this level of professional oversight may be more prone to errors and unintended bias.

Yes, Logan & Cove Pinnacle is a good mattress. This hybrid mattress is handmade in Canada using high-quality foams and coils. When tested by third-party engineers, it earned good scores in edge support and motion isolation. Logan & Cove Pinnacle also has a medium-firm feel that makes it suitable for all sleep styles, plus multiple cooling features incorporated into its 15" profile.
For $1,699 for a queen, Logan & Cove Pinnacle comes with a 365-night trial to get to know the mattress, a 15-year warranty, and a free bedding bundle with your purchase, which includes a sheet set, pillow(s), mattress protector, and pillow protector(s).
Where can I try a Logan & Cove mattress?
Logan & Cove mattresses are sold online. Instead of buying a Logan & Cove in a traditional mattress showroom, you can order one straight to your front door. From there, you'll have up to a full year to test out the mattress and make sure it's a perfect fit.
Don't love it? The company will pick up the mattress from your house and have it donated or responsibly recycled (with no need to fit it back in the box), then issue you a full refund.
How firm is the Logan & Cove mattress?
Logan & Cove Pinnacle earned a firmness score of 6.0/10 in third-party engineer testing, which puts it in our medium-firm category. Medium-firm mattresses typically work well for all sleep styles.
Pinnacle also has a 3-zone support system built into its pocketed coil layer. The mattress's lumbar zone is reinforced to promote proper spinal alignment and relieve pressure points.
Where is the Logan & Cove mattress made?
Logan & Cove mattresses are made by hand in Canada.
Is the Logan & Cove mattress cover machine washable?
No, like most hybrid mattresses, Logan & Cove's cover can't be removed for machine washing. The company recommends spot cleaning with a mild detergent in the case of any spills or stains. To help you prevent any unwanted damage to your mattress cover, the brand also offers a free mattress protector with your purchase.
Can you flip the Logan & Cove mattress?
No, you shouldn't flip your Logan & Cove mattress—they're designed to be used one-side-up only. Using your mattress upside down would mean lying right on top of the coil layer. Not as comfortable as the plush Euro-top cover, in our opinion!
That said, you're encouraged to rotate your Logan & Cove mattress every 4–6 months. This helps make sure the mattress breaks in evenly and stays comfortable for years to come.
What's the difference between Logan & Cove Frontier and Pinnacle?
While Logan & Cove Frontier is the brand's second-most upgraded option, Pinnacle is the collection's top-tier mattress. Pinnacle has the most plush construction of the brand's 3 models for maximum pressure-point relief. It also features an extra layer of micro-coils for the most responsive, contouring, and breathable experience. Frontier costs $1,299 for a queen size, and Pinnacle is available for $1,699.

All the content on our site, from product reviews to comparisons, is intended to provide general information to help guide your mattress search. We work with independent third-party engineers to test all mattress products we purchase, and we use the test results alongside public data to inform our reviews and comparisons.
The product details in each review reflect how the mattress performed at the time we purchased and tested it, as shown by the "Published" date.
Since brands can update their materials, pricing, or availability over time, we also note when the product was originally purchased, either directly in the article or on our disclaimer page, to maintain clarity and transparency.
If you see an "Updated" tag on a page with a more recent date than the published date, it simply means we've made editorial changes. It does not necessarily indicate any update to the mattress or its test data.
Finally, unless otherwise stated, any mention of where a mattress is made refers specifically to the product we received and tested.
