The 10″ Douglas Original is a foam mattress, while the 12″ Douglas Original Hybrid is a hybrid that combines foam and pocket coils. These coils provide extra support beneath the hips and lower back, and the surrounding encasement foam boosts edge support.

Both mattresses feature the same CoolSense® cover, marked by the mountain design and bright red zipper that make up the signature Douglas look, although they come in different colours. The cover is made with plant-based Infinitex™ fibres that draw moisture away to help keep the sleep surface cool. It can be removed and machine-washed for simple, hassle-free care.
